Information note on the processing of personal data, pursuant to Regulation (EU) GDPR 2016/679.

 

1. Data, sent or supplied through our website, that is processed

The Data Controller processes personal and identifying data, for example: name, surname, company name, tax code, address, phone number, email address, (hereafter indicated as “personal data” or simply “data”).

2. Purpose of processing the personal data acquired through the access to this website:

A) Your personal data are processed pursuant to art. 24 of the Privacy Code and art. 6 of the GDPR to:
- answer your requests for information sent by email, SMS, Whatsapp, fax, from this website, from a pertinent web page or made by phone.

3. Data processing methods and storage

Your data will be processed in a manner that guarantees their safety and can be processed using manual operations and/or computer and telematic systems that, among other things, memorise, manage or transmit the data. Your data will be stored for a period of time that is no longer than that needed to satisfy the indicated purposes.

4. Access to the data

Your data can be made accessible, for the purposes indicated in art. 2.A), to third parties or other external subjects who do outsourcing on behalf of the Data Controller. These subjects will process the data because they are joint controllers, according to the indications supplied by the Data Controller.

5. Data communication

Your data will not be communicated to third parties.

6. Data transfer

Personal data in electronic format are preserved in archives that are protected by safety measures. The Data Controller guarantees, henceforth, that it can transfer the data without any particular difficulty, if necessary for compliance with applicable laws.

7. Nature of the data provision and consequences of the refusal to answer

The provision of the data for the purposes indicated in art. 2.A) is obligatory. In the event of the data not being supplied, we cannot guarantee a reply.

8. Rights of the data subject

You, the data subject, can exercise the rights cited in art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 15 of the GDPR, more precisely, the right to:
- obtain confirmation of the existence or not of your personal data, even if not yet registered, and the communication of such data in an intelligible form;
- discover: a) the origin of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing of the data; c) the logic applied in the event of treatment using electronic instruments; d) the details of the Data Controller, the Data Protection Official and the Data Processors; e) the subjects or subject categories to which the personal data can be communicated, or which can have knowledge of the data because they have been designated as the State representative, the Data Protection Official or the Data Processor;
- have: a) the data updated, rectified or, when desired, integrated; b) the data cancelled, transformed into an anonymous form or restricted if processed in a manner that violates the law, including the data that no longer need to be stored for the purposes they were originally collected or subsequently processed for; c) confirmation that the operations indicated in letters a) and b), even with regard to their content, have been brought to the knowledge of those to whom the data was communicated or diffused, except in the case in which this action is impossible or requires means that are excessive with respect to the protected right;
- oppose the processing of your personal data, fully or partially: a) for legitimate reasons, pertinent to the purpose of their collection.
Where applicable, you also have the rights referred to in arts. 16-21 of the GDPR (Right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.

9. Methods for exercising rights

You can exercise your rights at any moment by sending:
